I love nougat that starts soft but after leaving it in the cupboard unwrapped for a few weeks goes crunchy on the edges. Yeah, it is prolly REALLY bad for you with germs and stuff, but it's a taste sensation!

ha ha fantastic although I wouldn't endorse this practice. Ours wouldn't last that long anyway, it would be devoured soon after discovery
